TrukN app privacy

TrukN processes customer and mechanic account identity, saved truck and fleet details, contact information, repair locations, business profiles, service areas, availability, quotes, payments, work-order messages, support requests, repair evidence, payout onboarding status and device notification tokens. This information is used to verify providers, dispatch repair requests, operate work orders, prevent fraud, support payments, and deliver notifications.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the marketplace, Stripe handles connected-account onboarding and payments, Twilio sends urgent transactional SMS, Resend delivers requested email verification codes when configured, and Apple/Expo notification services deliver app alerts. Repair evidence is private and access-controlled.

Control and deletion

You can update your saved customer details or mechanic settings and delete your account from Account. Deletion disables matching, removes active sessions and notification tokens, and anonymizes sign-in data. Records needed for active work, payments, tax, safety, fraud prevention or disputes may be retained for the required period.
