Repair planning guide
A clearer request. A better repair conversation.
Whether you are an owner-operator, a driver or a fleet dispatcher, the first useful step is a precise account of the breakdown. Flor collects the location, symptoms and contact details; an independent provider confirms whether they can take the work.
Have these details ready
- Current safe location, commercial entrance and a driver callback number.
- Truck and trailer identity, symptoms and warning information already available.
- Whether the unit is loaded, parked at a dock or subject to access restrictions.
- The person who can approve the written quote and any changes.
Questions before you book
Does submitting the form send a mechanic immediately?
No. You receive a request record. Matching, acceptance and a confirmed service window are separate steps, depending on an eligible provider being available. Keep the private tracking link so you can follow the request.
Can I request repair without creating an account?
Yes. The guest request flow provides a private tracking link. A customer account is useful for keeping requests and work-order history together.
Who sets the repair price?
The independent provider supplies the written quote. Review the scope, travel, labour, parts and applicable charges before authorization. Ask for any later change to be recorded and approved.
