For sign-in, verification, work-order, payment or account-deletion help, email kazi@flor.tel. Include your account email and work-order ID, but never send a password or full card number.

Account deletion

In the app, open Account and choose Delete customer account or Delete provider account. The account is disabled immediately. Transaction, safety, tax and dispute records may be retained where legally required.
