Repair planning guide
Start with the truck’s location, not the fleet’s address.
Use the province and city guides to prepare a location-specific request. The marketplace lists places people can ask about; an individual job still needs an eligible provider, suitable access and an agreed scope.
What coverage information can tell you
Province guides
These explain how to describe the location and link to city pages and official road information. A province page is not a claim that a provider is ready in every community.
City pages
These show the request form and the repair network status for that city. Check the current status, then provide the exact address even when you select a city from the list.
An accepted work order
A provider must confirm the actual location, service and timing. Travel distance, parts and site access can affect whether the work is possible. The delivery destination and the breakdown location may be different.
If the truck is outside a listed city
Choose the most relevant listed market and explain the actual location in the address and problem details. Ask the provider to confirm coverage. If you cannot accurately represent the request in the form, contact support rather than submitting a misleading location.
Keep the request useful across a shift change
Record the unit, location, driver contact and approving dispatcher together. Pass the private tracking link only to people involved in the job. When the driver or contact changes, keep the provider informed so an arrival or quote does not get delayed by an unanswered call.
