Repair planning guide
Locating your truck in Fredericton
For Fredericton, include the precise street or highway location and direction. At a commercial site, name the business and truck entrance so the repair provider can confirm access before setting a service window.
Before the provider sets a service window
Tell the provider whether the truck is loaded, coupled to a trailer or waiting for a delivery appointment. Include the contact who can arrange site access and identify who can authorize the quote. If the unit moves, update its location before the provider travels.
The provider must confirm that the exact location and requested work are within their service area. A city listing does not establish an arrival time, and submitting a request does not reserve a technician.
