Locating your truck in Halifax
For Halifax, name the community where the truck is parked, such as the location shown in the driver’s address. A broad Halifax-area description is not enough; add the site entrance and contact for commercial access.
Before the provider sets a service window
Tell the provider whether the truck is loaded, coupled to a trailer or waiting for a delivery appointment. Include the contact who can arrange site access and identify who can authorize the quote. If the unit moves, update its location before the provider travels.
The provider must confirm that the exact location and requested work are within their service area. A city listing does not establish an arrival time, and submitting a request does not reserve a technician.
