Repair planning guide
Locating your truck in Mississauga
For Mississauga, include the terminal name, vehicle entrance and dock or parking position. Tell the provider whether the driver can meet them at the gate or whether the site requires a separate check-in.
Local route and access context
Mississauga repair requests often need more detail than a highway number. Highway 401 has express and collector lanes, Highway 403 crosses the central city, and Highway 410 connects industrial areas west of Pearson with Brampton. Record the direction and nearest exit, and specify express or collector lanes when applicable. For a warehouse or airport-area address, include the municipality, business name and exact truck entrance so the location is unambiguous.
- What highway, travel direction and exit are nearest, and are you in express or collector lanes?
- What municipality, facility address and truck entrance appear in your delivery or yard details?

Before the provider sets a service window
Tell the provider whether the truck is loaded, coupled to a trailer or waiting for a delivery appointment. Include the contact who can arrange site access and identify who can authorize the quote. If the unit moves, update its location before the provider travels.
The provider must confirm that the exact location and requested work are within their service area. A city listing does not establish an arrival time, and submitting a request does not reserve a technician.
